General Counsel Services

A major area of Gaylord’s practice centers around serving his clients under the firm’s General Counsel Services program where Gaylord serves as his client’s outsourced inside legal counsel for a flat monthly fee. Under the General Counsel Services program, Gaylord is able to develop a continuing relationship with his clients enabling him to understand the long-term legal needs of the firm’s clients and to help client plan for the future.

Contract Drafting and Review

Gaylord works with with clients to streamline their contract needs. Gaylord helps clients develop their customer contracts for delivering products and services to their customers. Gaylord has a wide range to experience drafting many types of contracts such as Master Service Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements, License Agreements, Leases and many other types of agreements. Gaylord can also assist clients in reviewing and understanding third party contracts before signing.

Technology Based Clients

One major area of Gaylord’s practice involves working with technology-based companies which develop and produce software, web-based platforms and applications. Gaylord assists these clients with developing terms and conditions, end user licenses, software as service agreements, and privacy policies for their developments.

Another of Gaylord’s areas of practice involves assisting clients who are interested in purchasing a franchise. Gaylord assists potential franchisees with reviewing disclosure documents and franchise agreements and he helps clients evaluate whether purchasing a franchise is right for the client.

Gaylord helps new business owners set up their LLCs and corporations. He also works with clients to develop agreements between owners such as Operating Agreements, Bylaws, and Shareholders Agreements which meet the management and operational expectations of the owners and address the many what ifs that occur in a business.
